Thank you for visiting and shopping at Mividas. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your products reach you safely.
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 4-7 business days after processing.
Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to extreme weather, public holidays, or issues with the local courier network.
3. Shipping Costs
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a flat fee of ₹49 will be applied at checkout. (Pro tip: ₹49 ek standard amount hai jo log easily pay kar dete hain aur isse tumhara RTO/Return probability thoda kam ho jata hai).
4. Tracking Information You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 to 48 hours. You can track your order directly on our website or the courier partner's tracking page.
5. Delivery Issues and Delays If you experience any issues with your delivery (e.g., package marked as delivered but not received), please contact us within 3 days of the stated delivery date. We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
6. International Shipping Currently, we only ship within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

At Mividas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. Return Eligibility Criteria To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Return Timeframe You have 7 Days to initiate a return request from the date you received your item.
3. Damaged or Defective Products If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at mividas.shop@gmail.com with a clear unboxing video and photos of the product. We will arrange for an expedited replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you. (Ye unboxing video wali line scammers se bachne ke liye bahut zaroori hai).
4. Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. These include:
Personal care and wellness items (e.g., massagers, intimate hygiene products).
Gift cards.
Items purchased during a clearance sale.
5. Exchange Options We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the exact same product, please send us an email at mividas.shop@gmail.com.
6. Return Shipping Costs If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
7. Refund Process and Timing Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (or via bank transfer/UPI for COD orders). You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
